Yes. We operate by appointment to ensure every bride receives a personalised one-on-one experience with a dedicated bridal consultant.
Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday to Friday, subject to stylist and fitting room availability. To guarantee your preferred time and a dedicated experience, we always recommend booking in advance.
Appointments are complimentary Tuesday to Friday.
Saturday appointments incur a $30 booking fee due to high demand and limited availability.
We recommend starting your bridal journey approximately 12 months prior to your wedding date.
This allows ample time for ordering, production, delivery and any required alterations.
The standard lead time for a made-to-order gown is approximately 8 months.
If your wedding date is sooner, rush orders may be available depending on the designer. Please note that express fees apply to all rush orders. Your consultant will discuss the available options based on your wedding timeline.

Depending on the designer, we may be able to arrange a rush order (express fees apply) or help you find a gown from available in-store inventory or our sale collection.
Our sample gowns range from size 8 to size 22, with some styles available outside of this range.
Bridal sizing can vary between designers, and our consultants are experienced in helping you visualise the fit and silhouette of a gown regardless of sample size.
Once you've chosen your gown, we take detailed body measurements and compare them against the designer's size chart to determine the closest standard size.
Wedding dress sizing differs from everyday clothing sizes, so your consultant will guide you through the sizing process to ensure the best possible fit.
Yes. Alterations are available through our in-house seamstresses, located just next door to the boutique.
Once your gown arrives, it will be fitted and tailored to achieve the perfect fit. Please note that alterations are an additional cost and are arranged separately from the purchase of your gown.
